Ai independently develops the architecture design of its projects at different scales, preferring large-scale interventions – residential complexes, sports facilities, shopping centers, office buildings, etc. Our office has the technical skills to follow the Client from the first preliminary and feasibility studies up to the Works Management, also carrying out general coordination services of the design, as well as Project & Construction Management (P&CM) activities. At the same time, Ai takes care of the engineering of projects developed by external architects, providing general coordination of the design and specialized services. The curriculum of several decades shows collaborations with internationally renowned architects.
