The large, zero-impact Adidas logistics hub was unveiled on September 20, 2024.
The LEED Gold-certified center, with its 175,000 square meters and more than 3,000 of office space, serves a geographic area of 19 European countries using only renewable energy.
It is equipped with an LED lighting system, daylight and motion sensors, and a photovoltaic system capable of generating more than 13,000 MWh per year.
As part of the construction, Ai supported the general contractor in the activities of Design, Structural Operational Management, overall design coordination with BIM methodology, acoustic, fire and energy aspects, consulting for obtaining LEED certification, and commissioning of the facilities.
