Within the DRH, in addition to the support facilities common to all users (Atrium, event space, refreshment room, meeting room and garage), the following activities are planned to be established: Team House; Master’s and Higher Education Area; and Research Area.

The intervention involves the demolition of 585 square meters and the construction of 10,295 gross square meters for an increase in S.L.P. of 7,610 square meters.

Upon completion, the research and training center will have a total gross floor area (also considering that of the existing building called the Energy Center) of 20,760 square meters, for a S.L.P. of 13,360 square meters.
