The intervention involved the redevelopment of the ARAP “San Salvo Autoporto” compartment, with the demolition of the existing buildings.

The load-bearing structure is prefabricated reinforced concrete with pilasters, inverted T-beams and floor made of prefabricated double-T elements.

The robotic logistics warehouse (190,000 sq. m. total area including over 6,500 sq. m. for offices, etc.) is equipped with NFPA-compliant sprinkler system and UNI hydrant network, LED lighting system, BMS system, heat pump air conditioning system and as many as 130 electric car charging stations. A large photovoltaic system of nearly 4MW occupying a roof space of about 18,000 square meters has been installed, which is suitable for high energy-saving performance. In addition, about 96,000 square meters of green areas were created.

The design was carried out with BIM technology, and the building was constructed following the principle of sustainability by obtaining BREEAM certification with rating EXCELLENT.
